Product Details

Application

The tire cutter is used to cut various rubber materials such as rubber blocks, strips, and tires. Ideal for processing car, truck, and rail tires into smaller, manageable pieces.

Structure & Working Principle

Composed of a motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, cutting blades, and machine frame, the tire cutter operates by placing a tire between two blades. The tire is secured by locking arms while the hydraulic cylinder drives the blades like industrial scissors, cutting the tire cleanly and efficiently.
