Tire Shredding Machine—Second Generation

Efficient Tire Recycling at Normal Temperature

REPA’s second-generation tire shredding machine brings together advanced international technology and innovative design to make tire recycling faster, cleaner, and more efficient. It can process waste tires directly at room temperature, crushing them into 50×50 mm rubber blocks and then grinding them into 10–30 mesh rubber granules. Integrated wire and fiber separation ensures clean and uniform output, ready for further recycling or reuse.

How It Works

  • Feeding
    Whole tires (car, truck, or OTR) are placed onto the conveyor belt.

  • Shredding
    The rotor and blades apply high torque cutting force to break the tire into blocks.

  • Output Sorting
    The shredded rubber blocks are discharged evenly for further grinding or steel separation.

  • Next Processing Steps (Optional)

    • Steel wire removal

    • Rubber granulator for 1-5 mm rubber granules

    • Fine pulverizer for rubber powder (1-120 mesh)
